So... running is still on hold due to weather, darkness, etc.. BUT I have started a workout video/program... and am getting back on track with eating.
Since this is a couch to 5k forum, I won't be posting everything about my working out... but I'm not done running i promise! I'm itching to get back out as a matter of fact!! And there is a 5k in April that I have signed up for... so there is definitely a goal in sight!!!
