Week 2 - Still fat but getting fitter!

Done the week 2 run (am doing the C25k with a local group) and I didn't have a hypo at the end of the run as I did in week 1! :-) Think I now understand how to manage my blood sugar when running.

OH and I went on a long walk on Sunday and half way through I broke into a short jog - did it as a laugh and realised I could keep on jogging and it felt good.... probably only did 30 seconds but after a 7 mile walk I was proud and surprised of my stamina!

So back on the treadmill in the week - going to stick to this!

Isn’t it great how even from the earliest weeks of the plan you can see how quickly your fitness is improving! I know that’s always a huge motivator for me, that I can see real progress 😊
