Beforehand was wondering about the 5 minute runs but needn’t have worried as all went really well - the 3 minuters felt quite short and the 5 minutes felt like three minutes so must say wow really pleased and the programme is definitely doing me good. Only slight difficulty was a tweak in right leg mid way between ankle and calf but that was bearable.
Really encouraging to be making this amount of progress only 21 days after W1R1 - the decision to get off the couch was a good one. Come on everyone we can do it.
