Hello one and all

Hi all so im back again, been doing the app but havent been online here. I started back at the beginning again and am currently about to finish wk4 tomorrow. Have taken to running in the gym on the treadmill instead of pounding the streets like before and ive found this easier as i can monitor the speed easier.

Hope everyone here is well and all had a good xmas and new year :)
