Still running - missed the real downpour but still caught some of the storm

The stormy weather didn't put me off this morning. I prepped last night so I just pulled my buff a little higher on my head and kept going. Today's Speed Interval training run went a lot better than usual. Just one more run to go this week.

As I was out in the wind and rain it occurred to me that dog walkers must think runners are barmy. They have to be out with their dog no matter what, but we don't have to go out in the rain.

Get wet or not run. I'd like to think I still had a choice. Alas, I'm hooked.

We're special. I must admit when it was really pouring the other day I was dismayed that I couldn't run in it. Hooked and loving it

As a cat person, I think dog people are barmy, because imagine loving something so much that you're willing to go out in all weathers for it... oh
