Week 1 done

Ive completed 3 runs and am starting week 2 on thursday. I was smiling to all the music today ( Queen Bitch David Bowie is such a great pace!) even after no sleep at all last night and felt 1000 % better after. I am so excited, I've always felt like a non sports person, a bit fat a bit out of shape, but after giving birth at home at 42 with no pain relief and an amazing independent midwife I have a new respect for my body and its power so I hope I can carry that through in to this. Thank you to everyone on here its an amazing place. xx
