Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

Off to do Week 8 Run 3 outdoors, my first outdoor one since then beginning of Week 5. Accompanied by my mum, the dog and the canicross lead! Hoping the small bit of sunshine will help elevate my mood as it currently sucks! Hope you’re all having a good day 👍🏻
