About to begin Week 7 after a week out because of travel. Reasonably confident that all will be well. I'm still on the treadmill and my game plan is to continue running in the gym until I have completed Week 9 twice. By then the weather will also be better hereabouts which is currently blanketed in snow! Finding the intermittent fast diet regime to be a good fit thus far. So onwards and upwards.

Well done on getting to week 7. What is a "fast diet regime"?


Basically the 5:2 diet which is 3 days of normal eating and 2 days of very limited food intake. Sometimes called 'intermittent fasting'. The books by Michael Mosely explore the approach in detail.
