... and I'm actually looking forward to it! I timed my runs so I don't have any over the weekend, but found myself wishing I could get out to the gym. Does this mean I'm converted!? I've done all of mine so far in the gym on a treadmill, as I prefer it that way - less chance of bumping into anyone I know (as that wouldn't be a pretty sight) and I know if I'm in the gym I can top up the hour and do other stuff too, and then still get back to start work on time and feel like I've given my head a proper break. Does it feel like a big jump going up to 3 minutes?

Not as bad as I feared. How did you do? I haven't tried a treadmill. I'm also on W3 and seem to have overcome the slight embarrassment I felt when running out of breath!
Weirdly enough, I enjoyed it - was rather pink afterwards though. Got Week 3 run 2 tomorrow morning (again on the treadmill) and am hoping the 3 minutes is that little bit easier then... Glad yours was ok too!
