Started week 4 💥

I’ve done run 1 of week 4.

It took a huge amount of positive willpower from me to overcome the general mind tricks and mind f***ery that I seem use in order to excuse myself from achieving stuff!

I had no idea I was such a negatron!! 🤷‍♀️

So I spent most of the runs repeating “I think I can, I know I can” I sounded like fricken Thomas the bloomin tank engine! Oh meant that I got it done 💪🏻

Of course you can!

Only you can make you complete this course and only you will be responsible for you not completing the course (barring World War 3)

We all have demons to fight, but this is part and parcel of becoming a runner. By the time you reach graduation you will have discovered strengths in you that you never knew existed and your self esteem and confidence will have grown beyond recognition.

This programme is so much more than the physical aspect of putting one foot in front of the other. It will probably change your life forever.........if you let it.


You seem to have coped fine so far. No one said it would be easy. It is achievable though because the program works (as you've found out so far). If it really seems hard just slow the pace slightly. If there's anything left in the tank have a blast right at the end.

Well just relax and enjoy the runs.. take it steady and take it slow... this is a great journey :)
