Wk7 r3 much better!!

After an awful 2nd run on Wednesday.....and thank you everyone who messaged me....tonight’s was soooo much better, I still get a minute or two of feeling nauseous at around the 20 minute mark but according to my hubby (a regular jogger) he thinks my blood sugar may be dipping and I might benefit from eating a banana or something like before I set out, anyone else have any thoughts?

I’m about to try this run in a minute. I had a bad wk7r2 and got a stitch so hoping this one will do better 😳
