Looking forward too the beginning of each new run. So not a runner but I get excited about doing it then love how I feel after!! Really hope I can do the whole nine weeks!!! πŸ˜‰

Welcome Hols & of course you can, but don't look that far ahead! The program works brilliantly & our bodies are far more adaptable than our brain thinks! One run at a time, slow & gentle will see you through.
