Day 1 done!

Just did my first run of C25k along the river! Didn't fall over or die, hooray! Having not done any cardio for a long time other than the odd swim, running for 8 minutes out of 30 isn't something I thought I'd be able to manage first time so I'm feeling pretty great now. I think (with the help of Michael Johnson!) this app is going to revolutionise my life.

Yes, a relief, I know 🙂🏃‍♀️👍✔️

You only need to go slowly. No need for speed 🙂

You have to build up lung and leg power, upper body, core etc etc. It takes time of course but it’s great to do 💪🙂🏃‍♀️👍✔️

Well done, that’s terrific. And you have the sexy-voiced Mr Jordan to accompany you. Good choice!

Well done. It will get easier. As others have said, the key to success is to run SLOWLY and to keep going.
