Got my kit on under my work clothes!

I suddenly realised that there is just enough daylight left when I finish work today, to fit in a run on my way home. I've found out there's a village halfway that has a big running community and a 5K planned in March, so I thought I'd try to run some of that route this evening. I took Iannodatruffe's advice (I think it was him) from a few weeks ago and put my running gear on under a long skirt and floaty top. I hope I don't get too hot because there's a lot of straps going on under my cardigan!

I am absolutely astonished how much I'm looking forward to running - I woke up in the middle of the night (often happens) and remembered the run and nodded happily back off to sleep.

Have a lovely run day or rest day, everybody.

Love Lizz xxxx

I love that. You can strip of like Superman at the end of the day and impress all your colleagues :)

Excellent! I love going round in my stealth gear and then stripping off (all helps with the illusions of being way faster than I am)
