Week 2 Run 1 Did It!!!

Put all the negative thoughts aside and went out for that dreaded run. Was hard particularly with my breathing but it was very cold. Glad I did it and hopefully now I’m over that little blip. Thanks to everyone who posted on here to encourage me. It does help 😁

Well done Janice, it takes a few weeks for stuff like tempo and breathing to fall into place. The cold doesn’t help but it will just happen one run.
