Well the New year started with a 5K run on New years day, I have my sights set on a long run in June which I have set as a target for myself, I'm looking to run from my home in St. Austell to Truro which is about 15 miles away, I have another muddy run which I will be doing with friends in March and a few half marathons, so all in all quite a busy year.
