Back

With an injury and Christmas laying me low today was the first run for 4 weeks.

I had almost completed week 7 before so was slightly concerned about where I should start back - plumped for W6 R1 and it went well and it was great to be back out there (despite the driving rain)

Going to see whether the injury flares or not over the next few days and may stick with W6R1 for a bit before moving on again.

But it’s great to be back.

Be cautious, it pays after an injury or setback.

You will soon be back up to speed.
