Family time

Well we are staring our journey me and my family we all need to get fit and spend more time together so what better way to do so. Both myself and husband are busy and have let fitness slip by the side road for many years which in turn has had a real affect on our 8 year in the way he does not do any exercise and very really plays out. So I've taken it upon myself to get our family doing more fun things together that involve getting of the sofa and into the fresh air.

Hi and welcome...:)

Please. check out this post before you start... some great advice here...based on sound, tried and tested research. This has been put together by a member of the great team on here.:)

healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

There is a section on there about children running too ( not sure how old yours are) :)

The main thing is.. take it slow and steady and enjoy :) Keep posting too, for great support and advice.:)

Good idea 🙂. C25k is great and do-able for almost everyone

Hopefully you will all keep going and graduate. While you are doing so you could check out your nearest Parkrun and go along and see what happens there. It would be a lovely weekly fun event for your family to be part of. The other children there might encourage your youngster

Good luck with it 👍😃
