New year new start (again)

So after graduating and getting my 5k down to under 28mins I started to let things slide in November. Excuses about bad weather, followed by festive season etc, so tonight no excuses. I’m getting off my ass and going for a run. Don’t know if I’ll manage the 5k again but hey , I’m still going faster then anyone sitting on the couch.

28 mins - that’s awesome. I think it’s going to take me 35 at least 🙄😂

Good Good Good. Off you go, nice and slow and work on speed when you have a few runs under your belt. Enjoy your running :)
