Running goals for 2018

So, I've decided to get back on the running wagon. Last year after staring and graduating from the couch to 5k and running my first ever 10k, I moved and started a new job, so running hasn't been happening consistently for quite some time. So, my running goals for 2018 are:

- Be able to run 5k without stopping again

- Run at least 3 times per week

- Sub-30 minute 5k (again)

- Sub-60 minute 10k

- Reach my 50th parkrun

I look forward to achieving these goals!

Happy New Year! I hope you all have identified goals for yourselves and feel able to achieve them in 2018 πŸ˜€
