Week 8 run 1 done

Completed the first run of week 8 this morning - the run itself seemed OK, no feeling out of breath or tired, no thinking I had to retie my shoe laces, no ache in my right shin (which tends to complain ever so slightly for the first 10 min). I just didn't seem to enjoy it so much. I am hoping I was just a little tired or bored with the route - will try another route on Monday. ..and maybe have some breakfast before I go out this time...
