Hi guys, this 5k thing is really starting to hurt.Like ye, it is going to pay off but it really hurts my legs. Ian (my dog) is doing fine tho but im not sure bc I cant talk dog. Anyway my wife left me for some chav with a bog eye and he already has 17 kids and I deffo saw him on an ep of jezza mcezza. Having sush downer ATM bye

The aching legs will improve. Mine didnt hurt at all that early in the program, so possibly you are trying to push too hard?
