How exciting - my bum hurts!

Haven't been able to run for 2 weeks now due to lurgy and weather (all our local Parkruns cancelled 2 weeks running). However have continued to diligently do my physio exercises for my dodgy hip. Finally managed to get out for a very short run a couple of hours ago. Just got up now after a rest to find my bum is aching, which is very exciting is it means my glutes must have been firing - all those physio exercises finally paying dividends! This running malarkey has certainly started to get me excited about some strange things!!!

You do get niggles but hopefully as you get stronger through your run sessions you will lose the niggles
