No more cunningness...just solid runs. Dreading the first run in Australia but an over night thunderstorm meant it wasn't hot and sunny but warm and humid. I messed up the sound so I had to run without music, just bush noises and occasional interventions from MJ. This was quite hard. The moist, fragrant air seemed to have everything in it but oxygen, and I really missed the "keep going" effect of the music.
Next run site has a prediction of 38 degrees. But I can get that down to 22 if I'm out at 6am. Needless to say I've never done anything as daft as that before but then again I've never taken running shoes on holiday.

I will be off to Australia in March, 4 weeks before the forecasted half marathon. Not sure how I will cope running in the heat but I am planning to take my running gear! It might only be a few 5k runs but anything is better than nothing!
