I ran my graduation run today. I wasn't planning on 5k as my last run was 3.3 k in 30 minutes. However, it felt alright so I kept going and completed (a really slow) 5k! What a great feeling it is Thanks, everyone here for the posts. This is a great program and reading about people starting from where I started (getting severe cramps after 30 seconds), and going on to complete the program was really inspiring. Hope to continue the journey beyond 5k and hopefully helping some people get to 5k!
