I ran the 5K on Sunday which was sooner than it should have been on my C25K. I was going to go back to Week 5 today which is 3 days rest or should I wait until tomorrow? I want to get back out there but my knees feel a little off. Thank you in advance ❤️

You are the best person to judge your body and recovery. If you knee is niggling you then maybe another days rest would be in order as you would be really hacked off if you injured your knee by going out too soon. Having said that, you could always see how it goes and abort if necessary. (doesn't really answer your question does it!!).

Love the picture!

You have pushed beyond the designated runs and are now feeling the effects.

You will only know when you run.
