So last night I had a slow 40 min+ run around the local Parkrun course. Did something similar at end of W6 when I ran for 30mins. Both steps up within the program but done to shift anxiety about what is coming next. Promise I will follow the Program now to the end 2x30 mins π slow and steady as always. It's a terrific Program. Feeling it's a great achievement to be running for 30 mins and doing 1st slow 5k! Never mind Christmas, 2 runs until Graduation!! Being helped greatly by friends who run and this forum, thank you ππΌββοΈ x
