Finally managed to end week 8. Did the park run this morning and ran the full 28 minutes and got a new PB for the 5k so really pleased with myself today after the 2 major disappointments.

I did find the run very tiring though as I felt a bit wheezy towards the end of the run so might be coming down with a cold or cough but hopefully not. New challenge of week 9 to come.
