Nothing but blue skies

Well it’s now a good six weeks or so since I graduated, and I just wanted to leave a note to encourage everyone to keep going on the program, whatever stage you’ve reached so far.

It’s great to look up while running (although not for too long) and this morning as I managed 7.1 km in just over 45 minutes (which for me is pretty good) the skies today were beautiful and symbolic I think of all your achievements as you continue running. Remember slow down, keep going, and look up every now and then. Well done everyone!
