Rerun of week 6

Well after having a cold this last week and my last run was last Friday it felt so good to be back out running even though very cold and windy I’m feeling fantastic and thought best to start rerun of week 6 as was due to do a 25 min run of last of week 6 but thought it best to start the week again. Can’t wait for my next run. Hope u r all feeling good and keep at it
