Got through tonight's run ok but really struggled in the middle section until the usual second wind kicked in around the 22 minute mark, my pace was down on previous runs but still managed 4.4k in 31 minutes. Just 2 runs to go now of this wonderful life changing programme, very exciting.

Well done! I also struggled after the 10 mns or before the last 5 mns on the 28 runs but strangely (well, I suppose that's what we call building stamina...), on the last 2 postgrad runs, even if the first was a bit tougher, that sensation was really gone. Perhaps, a psychological effect of the "graduation" ;-) So, I wish you the same and glide to the graduation podium very soon!!

still a lovely pace pre graduation, you should be chuffed to buckets!

Well done you

Thanks Jan, yes I'm happy, I just need to get the impatient aspect under control and not constantly push things, 5k in 30 minutes will come I think but not yet !!!
