Funny to say that since technically i only missed one running day! But it feels like a life time since I ran/posted! We had Thanksgiving Holiday, then I shopped all day Friday, Saturday was a BIG American Football game of my alma mater (we lost...), and Sunday is ALWAYS church and rest day! Plus, I have been sick with some type of cough/running nose/throat drainage.
Hopefully I go for my 1st Post-grad run today! I'm going to see how this cough is... it's not in my chest which is very good!!
I can't wait to get back out there!!! 
Until then I will be catching up on all the posts I have been missing the past 4 days!
