Up at 5.30 to tackle first run of week 8 and donned my lucky baseball cap to keep me warm and visible.
Bit apprehensive about 28 minutes but shocked myself by finding the whole run very comfortable. I'd go as far to say easier than week 7.
Now either my cap has magical properties or this programme really does work! Perhaps it was also something about running early in the morning?
Whatever the reason this was my best run yet and I'm seeing light at end of tunnel now.
