Wow - that was hard. Blowing nose and trying to breathe and run - but I did it!!! Gonna have a lemsip to celebrate!

I think I may need something reflective to wear - as I love running in the dark - any ideas???? My trainers are bright yellow - what does everyone else do???

Remember it is ok to take a few days off if you feel unwell(!), especially if you have a chesty cough. AS for running in the dark -this gets asked a lot at this time of year! Many choose head torches but I prefer a chest light and bought a great one last year, from Decathalon. It has a chest light and a flashing backlight too - and will have its first outing in a while tomorrow (now that the clocks have gone back). They don't have it listed on their site at the moment but this one is similar and cheaper!

Good luck with W7 run 2!🙂
