I've been way under the 5k in 30 minutes (as I expected) but I really wanted to go for it today.
My time's not exactly impressive but I am just so happy to know I can do it. Not too bad considering i'd only had a slice of birthday cake and a cuppa tea for breakfast! It was also my first run outside in about 3 weeks, so nice to know it wasnt too much of a shock to the system. Now to consolidate, and hopefully improve my time!
