Just did run 2 of week 9 tonight after work. It went pretty well although I feel slow. It's warming up in Tasmania now so tried out a flipbelt to hold phone so i didnt have to wear jacket with pockets. Flipbelts are great. Can't feel it and doesn't move around. I'm a convert.
Now my dilemma is when to do run 3. I will be going to my usual local parkrun tomorrow morning but will just walk it as I ran tonight. I have registered to do a fun run/walk at Bridport on Sunday. It is a lovely coastal bush trail about 11km which I have walked several times before. Thinking I might run half and walk half and that would be a nice day to graduate. Waiting to hear whether dogs are welcome as Maggie has been on this couch to 5k journey with me and i just wouldn't feel right graduating without her. If it's no dogs then I will go anyway but do my run 3 proper with Mags on Tuesday next week.🐶🐕🏃🏃
