Week2 Day2

Back on it today after missing a few weeks due to 1) Being on holiday...intended to keep this up but 1st day in the heat my ankle was swelling up so decided to forego the programme. 2) 1st day home after holiday I suffered back spasms meaning I could barely walk the lenghth of myself never mind job. Fast forward just over a week & I finally got out today with my hubby with me for support. Bit blustery along our prom even losing my cap at one point 🤣🤣 but completed it & feel better for getting back on track. Loving this forum, you all give wonderful support & advice. Thanks xx

Very well done.. you have had a bit of a time of it..but you are back.. slow and steady does it:)
