So the last couple of weeks have been hellish! The flu decided to return and kick me in the backside...severe joint aches, sore throat, hot and cold, and fatigue. It was so bad that I was forced to take 2 days off work. Today was a scheduled run wk5r1 so there was no way I was going to miss it...it chucked it down and was gusty but the run went really well and I'm pleased I did it! But hubby is now down with the lurgy and I'm back to knackered. So no light at the end of the tunnel.......YET!!!

You ran didn't you! I'd say that was positive. Your husband got flu, you got over it. So crack on 🙂💪🏃♀️👍✔️
