2 runs to go!

W9R1 complete and after running for 30mins throughout week 8, I decided to test my pace. As a treadmill runner I have stuck to 4.5 for my warm up/cool down and 6.5 for my runs. Today I did 5.5 warm up, 6.7 for the run with 27-29 mins at 7.2 and the last at 7.5. I could've run further, didn't feel like I was pushing it too much. I did 4.4k over the 40mins. Looking forward to completing 5k in the same time.

Onwards and upwards!

Well done for the increase. You are doing great, you will be doing 5km in no time.
