Wk4 R2 in the bag

I've noticed that all of my smileys at the start of the run are either frowning or grimacing. I think this reflects a sense of unease and self-doubt that somehow it's going to be a really big challenge. All the smileys at the end of the session are a huge big smile and an enormous sense of achievement that I've done it. I know from here on in it gets tougher but I also know that I am getting stronger and fitter with each week that passes. Remaining positive, largely as a result of reading the posts on this forum. Thanks all
