Lovely run this morning. Took an extra rest day after the milestone w5r3 20min run, and was expecting this run to be tough having read other posts. It was challenging but fine - I set off at a steady pace and enjoyed seeing the sun coming up over the trees. After all the weekend wind there were a few branches to avoid but got to the end feeling great and upped the pace when MJ announced it was the last minute. Looking forward to the next run. This is a brilliant programme 😎
