Yay!!! Ran for 30 minutes straight. It feels so good to get to this stage....especially as I had a 10 day break. I started the run thinking I will stop if I can't go on for 30 minutes because of the long break from any exercise...First five minutes were the toughest...but kept going and am so glad I carried on....
Did a total of 5.64 kms (5 minute warm up walk and a 9 minute cool down included)!!!!
