RBL Poppy run: Virtual 5k places available

There was a question earlier about virtual runs, in particular the Poppy Run.

Last year I ran this for the Royal British Legion, and will do so again next month. It looks like there are places left if anyone is interested. You pay for a medal but most of that money goes to RBL. You can also further donate if you wish. Tshirts can also be purchased.
