Back after illness

Hi I graduated over the summer and kept running 3 or 4 times a week for 30 minutes, really enjoying the run. I had bronchitis at the end of September and really struggled for 3 weeks to a month, I also suffer from asthma. I need to get back to the park & treadmills and run again but I don’t know if I should aim for the full 30 minutes or get back to it gradually...i am feeling very frustrated, i had a great routine going on and now I have to start all over again 😩

Luckily I don't suffer from Asthma but, personally, I would ease back in try W6R1 or 2 and see how you get on. Obviously, I'm not a medical professional or anything but I'd do something like that just to test the water so to speak.

Sounds like a good plan, I would also worry a bit less about it. Thank you

Gradually. Any exercise is better than none, and running does help build up your puff 🙂
