After physio appt diagnosis of tightest hamstrings ever! Few days of lying on floor doing stretches, stretches, stretches, couple of good walks , thought I'd give it a go. No pressure just be slow and don't feel disappointed if I have

to stop but wow I managed the whole 30 mins. Gave such a whoop when I finished Back on the floor for the stretches and have another go after a couple of rest days. So pleased and relieved that I can run again it really gets you this programme!

Keep going nice and slow. Yoga is good to help keep limber

Invest in a foam roller and check YouTube for proper way to use. It's the best thing for tight muscles.
