Morning everyone well what a strange run this morning w6r1 started my warmup walk seemed to be walking a long time looked at phone & it had froze so wouldn't let me move on to run it took me bk to walk again grrrrrr

Anyway when I finally got going I seemed to be running forever instead of 5mins but it had froze again nightmare but eventually finished it 🚶🏾‍♀️. My phone did auto update last night so I'm wondering if that's what the problem was it better be ok for fridays run it was hard going this morning 😁
