After 4 shifts and a dodgy stomach it was good to get out again. I was slightly worried that with sunrise getting later my chosen route I'd end up running the country park section in darkness. Many thanks to all the cyclists who lit the way! But the clocks go back soon so it will be fine. I have made it a bit harder by running down a fairly steep windy road, turning round and going back up for the final 2.5 minutes. But boy is it a great feeling to get to the top and finish. Last run of this week tomorrow. I'm actually really looking forward to wk4.
