A High Five for Week 5

So W5 has been completed. The 20 min run went well. I refused to look at my watch and ended up doing 21 mins...bonus. To be honest the 20 min run felt more comfortable than the two 8 min runs in W5r2. The dogs are eagerly eyeing their canicross harnesses in hope (they get to run with my other half sometimes). Roll on W6 :D

Well done on your wk5. I am glad you are making the transition to solid running easy. 😀. I am sure your dogs will love it when you are ready.
