Hurricane, what hurricane?!

Well, glad I went out when I did, the wind is just picking up to unrunnable in - when I went out it was still good clothes drying weather, but I think the whirly would take off in the wind now! Still, I completed week six this evening. A whole 25 minutes running. Started pretty slowly, but I’ve got a good mix of music on my playlist and find it difficult not to run in time to the beat so finished quicker than I started. Looking forward to week seven now :0)

Oh well done. I didn't dare go out because of falling branches and I didn't fancy running after the washing much. I could have gone on the treadmill of course ...

I find it so much harder to run on a treadmill, don’t you? I don’t know what it is, but somehow I love feeling the air on my face when I run and it’s not quite the same when I’m not actually going anywhere.

I thought at one point last night I’d be legging it after our garden fence as it looked so precarious, but it seems to still be standing this morning so all is well 😂

I'm not very good with the treadmill. I can never work out what speed I should be going and my little legs seem to be going much faster than it says on the screen. I always end up puce and dripping too - much more than I do when I'm outside.

I'm not a treadmill fan either, I prefer being outside.
