mood enhancing run W1 D2

I really didn't feel like it today and as its only my 2nd run i could easily have put it off but a gap in my work schedule meant I had no excuse. It was hard, I didn't enjoy it as much as the first but i felt so much better afterwards, calmer, more positive and ready to continue with work. Earlier in the day I would have jumped at any chance to go home.
